Self-defence isn't only physical.

We'll look at fear, how it can affect you under pressure, and how developing the right mindset can help you respond more effectively when faced with a threatening situation.

🥊 SELF-DEFENCE — I'm in Danger. How Do I Get Out?

Learn practical self-defence techniques specifically relevant to situations women may face, with the focus on creating an opportunity to escape and get to safety.

No previous martial arts or self-defence experience is needed.
